Beyond Yoga, this year sees the introduction of the
restful retreat.
“Liquid Ways to Lasting Wellbeing”
The aim will
be to obtain nourishment to a great extent from natural,
raw,
live,
liquid
foods. These will take the form of juices, raw and cooked soups alongside
Boghill’s delicious menu of wheat free, dairy free, sugar free, divine foods.
Your
participation will deeply cleanse the body and mind through Yoga Purification
techniques and powerful cleansing Green and other herbal teas-there will be
beautiful Tea Ceremonies early each morning.
The
retreats,
if you wish
to, you will find highly energetic yet deeply restful and calming.
This Summer the Beyond Yoga programme will again be delivered to you by Ken Ryan
who will be returning from 3 months of detox juicing retreats in the hills of
southern Turkey.
The programme
will be delivered as an opportunity to adapt many healthy lifestyle choices. You
will also be encouraged to continue your healthy lifestyle and join us for a
discounted weekend retreat in the Autumn

The week will
include demonstrations and instruction in Juicing and Raw Chocolate making. The
activity programme will include instruction in many styles of Yoga and basic Tai
Chi. Ken’s DVDs of these practices will be given as an incentive to continue
beyond the retreat.
